Mike and Sandy, Sorry for your loss. It's always hard to lose a mother.

Doris was such a caring & kind lady. I remember when Goeglein's catered events at the Fort Wayne Chamber many many years ago she was always there. She would make the Chamber staff mug rugs with our initials on them! When a new employee started she would ask their initials and the next time she was there she had it completed for them. The new staff were always so surprised to receive a mug rug! Sympathy to the family but know she was such a blessing & loved doing things for others!

To the entire family, I do not see it in the obituary, but I believe Doris worked in the shoe dept. at Montgomery Wards at Southtown back in the early 70's . I knew her from there. She always could make one smile and laugh. If I am wrong, so very sorry, But , just wanted to let you know you are in my prayers. Larry Goeglein was my football coach and teacher at CLHS.
