My prayers are with the family.

I have always loved and admired my Aunt Doris since I was a child. We had such fun together ,yard sales,road trips, shopping,or just visiting.She was the strongest woman I have ever known.Despite her adversities,she laughed,loved,and had a full life.I will miss her,with fond memories.

Aunt Doris was fine person. When I married Libby {Olivia Strawn} I was welcomed with open arms by Aunt Doris and the entire Strawn family. Aunt Doris always had a smile and liked to joke around. Sometimes she would call and we would talk for quite a while and Libby would say, "Who are you are talking to?" I would say my Aunt Doris! Anytime we would take Aunt Doris out, I would always offer her the keys to my truck and she would grin and hand the keys back and give me big hug. I will always...

My condolences to the family. I belieive, this is the Mrs. Strawn then, I met when her daughther, Nora Strawn and I walked over to her home there in town to meet her mother. Nora was a classmate at then Radford College in Home Economics, a dear friend and inspiration . I saw Nora some years ago at a n alumni gathering in the DC Area of Radford University.
