Read MoreI knew Dori when I work at the RDA from 1998-2001. She was so funny and we laughed. We also had heartfelt talks. I last saw Dori in Imperial Beach at the Sand Castle's....we both purchase decorative umbrellas (as it was so hot). I still have mine and when I use it, I will always think of her.

It is so hard to believe that we have lost such a wonderful person. I got to know Dori when she and Debbie started coming down to Imperial Beach for our Sandcastle week-end celebrations. The friendship continued but really solidified when she came down to San Diego for alternative treatments.
