Each and every day, more memories of the Kersch Klan come flooding back...as we grew up in the old 'Vaughn Hood,' racing Soap box Derby cars and Honda motor scooters, Doris opened her home, her kitchen and her heart to all the boys in that neighborhood. She not only nourished our bodies, but our spirits as well as she encouraged us all to study hard, build winning racers (which we did!) and to live a wonderful life.
