Doris Ann Krieftmeyer

Mrs. Doris Ann Krieftmeyer (nee: Moellering) of Marthasville, MO, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. She was born on July 13, 1940, in Dutzow, MO, to the late Edwin and Rosaline (nee: Borgerding) Moellering. Doris had reached the age of 84 years.

Doris was united in marriage to Harry Harvey Krieftmeyer on June 25, 1960, in Dutzow. They celebrated 46 years together before his passing in 2006. This union was blessed with five children, Mike, Allen, Doug, Donna, and Nancy. Doris absolutely loved baseball and was an avid St. Louis Cardinal baseball fan. She also loved to watch her children and grandchildren play baseball. She enjoyed quilting and spent a lot of time quilting with her church friends at St. Vincent's in Dutzow, where she attended church. She was a woman of faith and loved her church family. Doris was a wonderful mother and homemaker; she enjoyed baking and caring for her family. She also loved being outdoors working in her flower garden and bird watching from her porch. Doris was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great - grandmother, sister and friend to many and she will be missed.

Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Harry; her parents, Edwin and Rosaline; one daughter, Donna; one brother, Bernie. She is survived by her four children; Mike and wife Linda, Allen, Doug and wife Korine, Nancy and husband Terry; son in law, Gerard; nine grandchildren, Nichole and husband John, Adam and wife Erin, Chelsea, Josh, Savanna, Madeline, Alek, Noah and Owin; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Betty; other relatives and close family friends.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held on Monday, May 19, 2025, at Martin Funeral Home in Marthasville from 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM with the Rosary being said at 5:00 PM. A Celebration of Life Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM at St. Vincent's Church in Dutzow.
