Not sure what to say?

I have great memories of Aunt Doris and the rest of the family. She was always smiling... Our family visits every four years to stay in Michigan for summer vacation are so poignant. I remember Aunt Doris sitting in Grandma Lyon's kitchen painting porcelain and when she a Uncle Buzz got married and spent their honeymoon at the Grand Canyon we drove from L.A. Calif. and visited them at the Grand Canyon hotel, we camped somewhere near by I think. Such fabulous memories of late night hide and...

My deepest sympathy and prayers for Buzz and family. Doris was a cherished friend since the late 60's. Met her through cards. Many good memories when she would pick up 6 of us in the van for a bridge evening at Silver Lake. Doris was a very compassionate and giving person! One of my fondest memories was the surprise party she hosted for me when I returned from overseas. Another was the help she and Buzz gave me when I moved into my condo. There's more and she will alwys have a special place...

Doris was a wonderful, kind person. My sympathy to Buzz and family.

We have fond memories of camping at Hoffmaster State Park, with Doris & "Buzz".
Our sympathy to Ernie and family.

"Aunt" Doris will be very missed. Another mother to many of us over many years. The memories of many years of camping, the trips to Isle Royale, and the many other vacations as families we shared together. We were all family.

You will be very missed and we shed tears on your passing.

May you be peaceful in the lord's hands now and suffer no more.

Favorite memories:

Lullabies to sleep on the porch

Your gentle, loving soul will be missed.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

Our prayers go out to the family, we all have wonderful memories of Doris, mine and my family will always be our slippers that she made us every year for Christmas. We all looked foward every year for a new pair. Those were the best slippers ever. So we want to just say Thank You Doris for keeping our feet & our hearts warm with your speical gift. We will miss you and God Bless. He has you in his care now.
