Not sure what to say?

To All of the Family of Doris~
i wish i had the talent of my Dad with his beautiful words at this time of your saddness and grief...
i just wanted you to know how special she was to so many people especially my Dad and my family ~ as my Sister mentioned how my Dad would love to hear from and talk to Doris - i also had that pleasure when she would call. i loved to listen to their conversations - they were precious - they were the best of buddies...she is now at peace with Janet - her...

we knew both Janet and Doris Parsons. Janet was my boss in the operating room at binghamton general hospital for many years and she was a top boss and we got to be friends, and she and doris were the best. they both will be missed very much.

Doris was a very good friend with my Dad....Ed. Many years ago they met and she taught my Dad many things....especially when it came to electrical projects. My dad fell in love with her and the mention of her name always brought a smile to his face. Dad passed away three weeks before Doris did but they kept in touch right to the end.
They were a team in life.....now they are a team in Heaven. The B&B (Brains & Brawn) they called themselves. I'm sure my Dad was waiting there for her...

Doris was small in stature but one of the giants in life. Doris possessed the very best qualities any human could ever have. I will miss visiting her, enjoying her hillside yard and the view, and discovering how a tiny woman could accomplish so much before the world thought up the phrase 'Women's Lib'. As a sister in Christ, I will see her again.

I met Doris and her sister Janet a number of years ago when they were active with the Newfoundland dogs. She was such a great person My love and sympathy goes out to her family. This also comes from my sister Martha Gorton who knew them very well

My deepest sympathy to all of your family on the loss of Doris. I did Dori"s taxes for the last 30 years and will miss seeing and talking with her.

We were saddened to learn of the death of Doris Parsons whom we had met through her sister Janet. Our thoughts and prayers are with her and her family

I remember our next door neighbor in Deposit fondly. She was especially close to my older sister Mary Angelopoulos Papastrat who died 10 years ago. Doris was a very special person whom our family loved very much. She would do anything for her friends.

Save a seat for me in heaven, I miss and love you. Roxanne
