My maiden name was Ginny Hanson. Doris and I went to school together from 4th grade through Grand Haven High School and we're best of friends. We were always taking advanced classes togethr. We spent many hours and days at the beach in Grand Haven. She was with me when I met my husband, Vic Hawn.

I first met Doris in 1953 when my parents bought a home next door. I have many fond memories of Doris and Charlie too, I send my best wishes and condolences to Steve and Janine
