I remember Doris as radiating calm while also exuding a dry humor about the world around her. I really loved the way she united those qualities.

The few times we spoke have always remained with me and I was always glad that my friend, Peg, had such a cool Mom.

My condolences to Doris' family as well as my praise for the great way you saw your Mom out. Sounds like about the best passing we could wish for anyone. And Doris deserved that...
