Our sincere belated condolences to the family and cousin William. I was so saddened when my Christmas card came back in the mail saying "cannot forward". It was at this time I new in my heart that she had passed. Although we didn't get together often we always exchanged Christmas cards and small family updates. Bill & Family, I remember Ms. Skaggs growing up on Waring and as one of my favorite carpool rides to school. She was a nice and caring lady. My deepest sympathy to her entire family.
