Aunt Doris will be greatly missed. Sorry for the loss of your "MOM". Aunt Doris was the only person I knew that made the best Chinese noodles I ever ate. I always remember her cooking in the basement with the huge pot on the stove when we all came to visit from West Virginia. She was always cooking up something for everyone to eat.
