My deepest condolences to the family. I worked with D. Fonseca for a number of years. He was always willing to offer good advice and I valued his friendship. He shared many stories with me about his time with the Hidalgo Police Dept. We enjoyed lots of laughter together when we worked at the Hidalgo POE. I am so glad that I got to spend a little time with him at one of our TABC retiree luncheons this past year. I will miss him. RIP
