Not sure what to say?

You´ll always be remembered. God bless be In peace. Thank you for all your support

She will be forever missed but never forgotten.

Miss Allen inspired her students to love learning. This empowerment extended beyond biology. Throughout my teaching career, her example guided me as I interacted with my students. RuthAnn (Huyler) Sherman, M. Ed. (BHS '63)

I would echo the comments of the other students who were fortunate enough to have Miss Allen. She had high expectations for all of her students which set the groundwork not only for success in biology, but all areas of life. Although small in stature, she was clearly a giant as a teacher whose legacy will live on in the lives she touched.

What an extraordinary teacher Miss Allen was. She was truly an original and so devoted to her profession. I'm sure she'll rest in peace. Sara (Waxman) Ray

Dear Family of Dorothea Allen,
I did not know Mrs.Allen but i do know that death is not an easy thing to cope with. God promises a time when no one will have to die and we look forward to that.

The end of an era for sure. An amazing educator and inspiring human being.
Thank you Miss Allen.
