Not sure what to say?

Soror Banks was my first grade teacher at South Highland Elementary School. She has and always will have a special place in my heart. I was honored to be able to pledge the Anniston Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she was one of the Charter Members. She was a faithful Delta who will always be loved. She will always have a special place in Anniston Alumnae and will truly be missed.

My deepest sympathy in your loss of a wife, mother and grandmother.
I have just learned of Soror Banks' passing, and it grieves me to have not been able to attend her Omega Omega and homegoing services.

As you grieve, please know that I am remembering you and honoring the memory of my sister, Soror Dorothy M. Banks.

Soror Banks will remain in the chapter's heart forever.

With Love and Rememberance,

OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU. MAY YOU FIND PEACE AND COMFORT IN YOUR MEMORIES
THE HENDRICKS FAMILY

I knew Mrs. Dorothy Banks from our days working together in the Presbyterian Women for Sheppards & Lapsley Presbytery (when I still lived in Jacksonville). She was a beautiful woman and always such a lady. I always appreciated the support she offered to me both as a woman and in our church work. She is with our God now and always. Peace be with your family.
