I never met Ms. Beisler, but I am a friend of Bettie Schaefer's, and if children are a reflection of their parents, then I know Ms. Beisler must have been a very generous and kind woman, as Bettie is to all those who know her. My sympathies go out to all the family members.

When I was very young, before we moved away from Louisville, I can remember the times my parents (Sam and Barbara) would take us to visit Aunt Dot and Uncle Tom. I always got it mixed up and said Aunt Tom and Uncle Dot. I remember there always being a lot of laughter in the house. Aunt Dot will be missed by many people. My sympathy and my prayers are with the family in this time of sadness.
