Not sure what to say?

For some reason, Dot´s name came into my mind so I googled her. Back in the 70´s and until mid-1981, she and I shared an office at J&B. What a wonderful lady who was a great influence on my 20-something self. It always amazes me when someone lives in this earth to be 100. She truly loved her family and friends, and made me feel like more than just a coworker. Her bright light will be greatly missed. May God bless and keep her family and friends.

Dear Barbara: Your Mom I dearly loved. Yes, she was a true southern lady. "Mommie" had room in her heart for all. God Bless you and all your family. Love, Betsy

Offering my heartfelt condolences to the Bowman family in this time of grief. May the peace of God comfort you through this most difficult time.

I came across this obituary yesterday while looking for a phone number. On behalf of the family of Brantley and Nell Smith, we all send our condolences to your family. I was always impressed by their friendship, and at "Dot´s" love for her family. Amazing and wonderful she lived to be 100. Blessings from Nancy, Buddy and Pam.

Barbara, I was shocked and saddened to read of Dot's passing. As you know, Dot and I go back many years ... working together at J&B for years, Bobby being one of Mickey's best friends and not to mention mother living in the duplex! Just a few weeks ago we spoke and had planned for me to visit her after I retired (April 15). Saddened this will not come to be! Please know that you and the girls are in my prayers. May God's peace that passes all understanding be with each of you!
