I am beyond saddened at the loss of my beloved "scooter". I became friends with Dor way back when she was at Central and I will never forget watching "A Christmas Story" at her house and then the whole bunch of us heading off to Westfarms to Christmas shop. There are so many memories of Dor and none of them are less than fabulous;Cape Cod, Dek Hockey,The Condo in Cromwell. To Dorothy's family my deepest condolences. I knew Dorothy and her sister Kate as little girls when my mom used to babysit for them. Dorothy was always the best big sister to Kate as I can remember. God Bless her husband, children and her parents. Heaven has a beautiful angel.

Dorie was one of the kindest people I have ever met in my whole life. She was always smilimg, laughing and giggling when we were younger. I havent seen her in 25 years but I can only imagine what an amazing mother, wife, and friend she would have been, She never spoke ill of anyone, and she had such a kind, gentle spirit. I wish that God didnt need her in heaven so soon but she really was an angel and always nice to everyone. Rest in peace Dorothy and im sure she will be watching and cheering...
