Not sure what to say?

I'll always remember Dottie as a good friend in High School. My heartfelt sympathy to her family.

Thank you for sharing Mrs.Cathey with our young minds for all those years. Your family is in our prayers.

Dot was a dear lady who was always kind to me and my daughter, Juniper. She and Frank had the kind of marriage that speaks to a dedication and commitment that seems lost in today's world. She suffered bravely through her illness and was always there for her children--- and grandchildren. As a mother, an educator, lover of words, and celebrant of the imagination, she was, and will remain, an inspiration. We will miss her and remember her so fondly in our hearts.

Heartfelt sympathy to all of Dottie's extended family. We were close friends through grammar school and high school, attending Vine Street Christian Church and Girl Scout camp and spending many Fri. nights together and going to Inglewood Theater and later in high school all football and basketball game. We lost contact after high school but I've always considered her one of my very best friends. She was a wonderful, fun friend and I know she will be greatly missed.
