Dorothy L. Cherek

I remember Joe, Dorothy, from Hillsdale Avenue. Dorothy would talk and visit with my mom. Thank you, Dorothy for keeping an eye on us, for being a great neighbor and for all those memories. Peace and happiness are yours now and forever.

To the Cherek family--I am sending my love and prayers. I cherish the gift of time spent on "Cherek's Street" playing kick the can and all sorts of games during our St Peter's days.

I just found out about Dorothy's passing. I remember when Joe, Dorothy, and their family moved across the street from on Hillsdale Avenue. Dorothy was always kind to us. I remember Dorothy always visiting with my mom in the evenings just about the time us kids were due in on a summer evening. I hope that Dorothy's family and friends can find peace knowing she has returned Home, and is in a state of never ending happiness. She was a great person who raised a great family. I hope it gives the family some comfort knowing how much she was respected.

We have another Saint in heaven to interseed for us. Dorothy will be missed. We have been so blessed by her presence in our lives
