Not sure what to say?

I was remembering my sister this month, Oct. 2022, and thinking how generous she has been to all, including me. She and sister-in-law came out to see me in 2014, with my sister-in-law although she had cancer at the time. I've been sad to think she just missed by a few years seeing my marriage ceremony with music several played including a difficult piano piece played on piano by my granddaughter. I remember the photo I took of her when I learned of her cancer...keeping it close.

My big sister Dorothy was well respected for her honesty in bookkeeping and as controller of a large distribution company. She loved her work and the people she worked for, and I know she loved me (and family.) In sorting through things, it seems she was also our self-appointed archivist; holding and organizing not only our parent's papers, one of our aunt's papers, and, I was astounded to find she saved all of my letters and notes to her over many years, including cards sent her way. Condolences to Dorothy's Family, she was a special lady

Paula, Jeff and April, I am sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I enjoyed working with her at NPS and seeing her around town on different occasions. I would always keep an eye out for your mom and Janet when they were having ice cream and would sometimes make time to stop and have some with them. I will miss her. God Bless.

Jeff, Paula, and April, so sorry for your lose. Your mother was sure a pillar for your family and community. Her interests were far and wide and indulged in so many activities. Know she will be missed by many following her battle with cancer.

I am sorry to hear of Dorothy's passing. She was one of the best ladies and second moms anyone could hope to have in their life. I send my thoughts and prayers to her family and friends who will all miss her dearly.

Jane and I send our deepest condolences. Dorothy was always a HUGE inspiration and I treasured our yearly get togethers when I would visit to tune and service her piano. She was just one of those beautiful people who saw the good in, and celebrated everybody. I was saddened last year when she disclosed she was confronting serious illness, but she was nevertheless upbeat and positive.

Awesome lady. And I will dearly miss her.

Blessings from Jane and Rick
