Not sure what to say?

Sorry to hear of your loss.

We had the honour of getting to know Dorothy over the last two years. She was passionate and I will endeavor to honor her in service to others.

To the Croft family,
What a truly incredible legacy this amazing woman has left! Her impact on Alaska will live on for generations through her children, grandchildren, and on.
My condolences for your loss. I know you will miss her. May you take comfort in knowing that her obvious passion for life is evidenced in your wonderful family.

I first met Dorothy in 1970 while I was working with her husband Leland. Both touched my life and my heart in so many ways. I will always be blessed to have known the Crofts. Chancy you told me a story about traffic and the way that your Mom and Dad would handle it so diferently, it brings a smile to my face to this very day. Dona Lee I still have and cherish your bride doll.
My condolences to all.

We only knew Dorothy for a short time and enjoyed talking with her on her walks through the neighborhood. She was a wonderful lady.
Our condolences.
Mary, Andy & Ashley Christopherson (and Max)

Dorothy was a human dynamo. She did so much for her community and her family. Her tireless energy promoting the Presidential Museum and other worhty projects was unmatched.

I worked for Toni Croft at UAA and spoke to Chancy several times. I found them both to be community-minded, public-service oriented individuals. "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree." My condolences to all.

DORTHY WAS A GIFTED TEACHER FOR OUR SON RICHARD AND A GOOD FRIEND TO OUR FAMILY. WE WILL ALWAYS THINK OF HER FONDLY. THE STATON VIOLIN THAT SHE PLAYED WAS MADE BY ONE OF OUR MOTHER'S [LOIS WEBBER]COUSINS, ODDY STATON.

Dorothy was a mentor and friend. We enjoyed her company, her conversation, her lively interest in the arts and her investment in young talent. She was one of a kind. We love her. Gem Meacham and John Hillier
