Not sure what to say?

My memories of Aunt Dottie range from the fun marco polo games in her and Uncle Jim's pool, to her dignity and graciousness with which she hosted my visits over the years. Even my last visit was met with incredible graciousness and joy in the midst of her illness. She was a very special and wonderful woman and surely she is now in the arms of the angels. My husband Ray and I moved to Yokohama in 1985 and he worked for Jim at the AT&T office in Tokyo. Our apartment was on the second floor of the building where Jim & Dottie lived. Dottie immediately took me under her wing showing me around the area, introducing me to her friends and getting me involved in the Yokohama International Woman's Club. It was wonderful of her to "show me the ropes" and we spent many fun hours together.
