She was my next door neighbor for my entire childhood until I moved out on my own. The one thing that sticks other than her kindness is she always called me Jeffrey. Only two people called me that growing up, Mrs Duncan and my grandmother. It sounds like she lived a long and happy life. RIP Mrs. Duncan!
