Dear Fifield family-
You don't know me, but I worked with Dorothy at GE about 15 years ago when she was a temp. I'll always remember her quiet kindness. When I ran into her recently at the library she remembered me & we had a nice chat. So sad to read that she is gone - my deepest sympathy.

My sister Margaret called this morning to tell me of your mother's passing. I will always remember your mother's gentle smile and my first recollection of her as a den mother in Cub Scouts at your house with my mom.
