Not sure what to say?

Majie and I were just speaking of Dorrie the other day and she is in our hearts still to this day.

So saddened to learn of Dorrie's death. We were absolute best buddies back in the 60's in Chappaqua. Our birthdays were only 2 days apart and our moms took turns having birthday parties for both of us. We were inseparable as little kids and way too often got in trouble for talking too much in class. I was just thinking of her and happy times and googled her to see if we could reconnect. I still see my best friend of 6, 7, and 8 years old in her adult portrait. Prayers and thoughts with you...

Dear Gareth, You and Dorrie are in our thoughts and prayers. We have so many great memories of Dorrie and consider ourselves so lucky to have had her in our lives, even though for much too short of a time. We will miss her dearly. Love,

Gareth,

We are so very sorry for your loss. Dorrie was such an amazing and dynamic person. She was a key figure in bringing WIS to life for us. The tour of the school she gave me absolutely convinced me WIS was the one and only place for my daughter to be educated -- a bright, engaging, and caring global community. She will be sorely missed!

I want to express our sincere condolences to Gareth and the entire family. I will always remember Dorrie's gracious smile as she welcomed us into the WIS family. May she rest in peace.

I met Dorrie through the wonderful folks at Special Equestrians when I visited to teach the instructor workshops - she lit up with the passion she had for the students and horses. I will miss her, and am so sorry to hear of her passing.

Dear Gareth, Crispin has let us know your tragic news and we send our love to you in your grief. It is hard to believe that Dorrie's strong spirit could ever be quenched. We will have vivid memories always of her warmth and kindness, her amazing energy and talent and exuberance and her splendid singing. Together you and she were the heart of WIS for us.

My deepest sympathy. Knowing Dorrie has made me smile whenever we were together. Camp Sloane was our contact and Betsy our person who shared Dorries life with us all.
