My family was saddened to see that Mrs. Gillen has passed away. Prayers to the family. Mrs. Gillen will be remembered fondly by many. My sister had her as a student teacher at Chapman years ago and my son was lucky enough to have her for a teacher in 1st AND 2nd grades. She went above and beyond in the classroom and our love and appreciation is indescribable. God bless her family and may her beautiful memories comfort you all.
