Dear Mel and family, my father Tom Richards has done MOW for 12 years. and I have had the pleasure of doing it for last 2 years.. Dottie will be greatly missed.. We Loved Her!!! I am so sorry for your loss. I am a crafter at the Mealss on Wheels craft show and Dottie was always very welcoming and helpful. She also remembered me from year to year. She will be missed at this years show.
