To my Loving GodMother...R.I.P..You will Forever live in my Heart..Love Always...I Miss You...

Newark and the community of people have lost a wonderful person who devoted her life to service and leadership. We came together at Friendly Neighborhood House and I was fortunate to have her friendship ever since. My condolences are sent to Dot's Family and her many friends.

Dorothy Gould is amazing and lives in the space of gratitude for every king and generous act she did to help family, friends and humanity.
I love you! Thank you for stepping up to the plate for my spiritual mom, Carrie Smith.

What a phenomenal woman who helped so many young people achieve their dreams. My family will be forever grateful you were in our lives. Take you well deserved rest Doc. Gould

Deepest sympathy is with the family on this sad occasion. May the God of all comfort bless you with comfort and peace, and become your refuge during times of great sorrow. -Ps 62: 8

Our collective hearts are heavy with sympathy to Deitra Wood-Jones, niece of Ms Gould. "Truly, I say to you, if anyone keeps My word will never see death." (John 8:51). Ms. Gould was a fine educator and a community leader in her beloved South Ward. Her grace and love will never be forgotten.
