Dorothy Gray Gurney

My apologies that I just learned of Dorothy´s passing yesterday. My heartfelt and deep condolences to family. Dorothy and I met on the FaceBook group, Growing Up In Downers Grove. Copious memories were shared on and off-line especially when we mutually discovered we lived about 2 miles of each other. In later years, she wanted to visit DG asking me to be her chauffeur. She especially requested a drive-by of her Howard St home near Belmont & Maple Ave. Unfortunately it never happened...the...

I feel privileged to have spent time with Dorothy. What a life she had! My condolences to all who will miss her.
