My first LRB&M assignment was to help Dorothy move the library. I discovered then and throughout my career what a warm, special person she was. My prayers are with her and her family.

She was always there for us, pointing the way, guiding us. She was more than a terrific librarian. She was our friend. God bless.

I first met Dotty during my early days at the Firm, when during one slow summer, I was asked to assist Dotty on a special library project. Many times during later years, we joked about my "early training".
I will always remember Dotty as friendly, cheerful, extremely helpful and the consumate professional.
We will all miss her. My sympathey to her family.

Dorothy was an outstanding researcher and had the ability to grasp the technical aspects of requests for information and precedents. She was always most helpful and responsive to me and other partners and managers at C+L with whom I worked.

I remember Dotty as a caring and warm person who was always willing to help. There are many partners including myself who are in her debt for the help she provided in advancing our careers. Thank you, Dotty

I remember Dorothy from a time after she had retired from Coopers & Lybrand. I was at the AICPA Library at the time and we had a big project to get caught up in our journal indexing. She was there faithfully doing her part to to improve the Accountant's Index and Database. She showed that being...

Dorothy was not only the consumate professional but also an understanding and warm person.I remember many conversations with Dorothy about non business matters which were always thought provoking. They were a welcomed break from the wear and tear of late night efforts to resolve matters of professional jargon, syntactical correctness and urgent deadlines. Dorothy set high standards and, by example, motivated us all to reach for the same level of quality she represented.
My condolences...
