Not sure what to say?

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

So sorry to hear of Dorothy's death, we lived on Spring Street, my husband Dick Dettling worked with Lyle @ Michigan Bell,

Keith and family,Peace be with you on the passing of your mom. She and I would converse on the townie page as she knew my mom. A wonderful generation of men and women who will be very much missed.

Heartfelt condolences. Ms. Laughlin will be missed sadly. May you find peace and courage in God's word in this difficult time. Keeping her loved ones in my prayers.

Sorry to hear about your mom Lori! Fond memories of all of your family during our childhood. Thinking of you!

I lived on Spring St, we skated @ West Park, can't remember when or how I met Dorothy, maybe Mack School or Slauson. Lyle & my husband, Dick Dettling worked together @ Mich Bell. My condolences to all the family. Gladys Boiciuk DEttling

We built the house next to Dorothy and Lyle back in the late 1980's and she watched my daughters, Kate and Sarah, after school for many years as they went through Dexter elementary and middle schools. We moved from our Strieter home 20 years ago now but Dorothy and I would periodically send each other holiday cards and we managed to run into each other a couple of times over the years. She and I were both early risers and I have very fond memories of Dorothy coming over to sit on our back...

Dorothy used to play euchre with us on weds. night at polo fields such a great lady and a great euchre player she will be truly missed

So sorry to hear of Dorothy's passing. We had some fun times as Abbott and skating parents.
