I never had the privilege of meeting Dorothy in person, but all I read of her is positive, generous & heart-warming. I will endeavour to pay my respects via visits to the Witney & Foundation when next in NYC. All best wishes to David, Mitchell & Family.

Dorothy and Roy were amazing early supporters of BAM's Next Wave Festival. Roy not only created the iconic poster for the first Festival in 1983. As a couple, they served as our Producer's Council Chairmen and brought many visionary visual artists, gallery owners, and collectors into the world of BAM. Dorothy continued to be a friend and supporter for the rest of her life. She was a fine person and a champion for the arts. She will be missed. KBH, President Emerita BAM
