She and we were part of a wonderful group of friends -we grew up together - and had such fun! we all kept in touch for many years.I was trying to call Dorothy, because today is her birthday and discovered she has gone on ahead. Heaven's gain! I am so thankful to have been one of her many friends.

I had the pleasure of knowing Dorothy while I was the executive director at William Temple House. Dorothy was such a gentle, refined soul. She defined grace and I remember her fondly. Her work at WTH was born in love and service to others. May she rest in peace as her loved ones are consoled in their grief.

I met Dorothy at Grace. And over the years I met her for lunch and also trips to Long Beach which we both enjoyed so much. She was a quiet, but such a delightful friend with a keen sense of humor.
