I remember Sis playing a beautiful sonata on stage while I danced a powerful duet in a world premiere at Playhouse Square, something that I will hold dear to my heart and a lasting memory of the amazing talent that she was.

My aunt Sis was always and will always be an inspiration for women. She didn't overcome obstacles, she decimated them. Her razor sharp wit cut through all the crap and was the inspiration for my own belief in what I might be able to aspire to as a girl on this planet. I love you, Sis. Forever and always. Thank you for being you.
