All of us at Wachovia are thinking of you at this sad time.

We were very sad to hear about Dorothy. She has always been such a great Christian Lady. She was our neighbor here on Sharview for many years. We really hated it when she moved.I had seen here once after that at the store and she was as sweet as ever.We will miss that sweet smile but will see her again in heaven. We are praying for the family.Rev and Mrs Clark Thompson

On behalf of the Mecklenburg Historical Association, I would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the Majors family. Dot and Powell were devoted members of our organization for years and years and their interest in local history was greatly appreciated. They were examples to us all.

O My how I loved Dot Majors.
She was a "Bridge Lady" here on Wednesday's at Myers Park Country Club. I have worked here 23 years and she was one of the dearest members that I have known.
My heart is sad for all of you.
She was so beautiful and a high fashion dresser. I always told her I wanted to have skin like her and to keep my hair kept as well as she always did.
She was a true southern Lady.
We will miss her here too.
