Not sure what to say?

Dear Richard and family, My deepest sympathies on the loss of Dottie. She was a wonderful person, talented and generous, and unfailingly kind to me whenever we met. Sending love and big hugs, Michael Whitehead xo

Dear Richard and Elaine,
And Family, I just woke up and moments ago my wife found Dottie's notice on line. I'm in shock and so truly and deeply saddened at Dottie's passing. One of the highlights of my professorship at Suffolk University was finding and bringing Dottie to my students in my Advanced Illustration Course. We co-taught the Botanical Illustration Project. Year after year my students, and I, fell under her enchantment of her charm, grace, intelligence, talent and love of her art!...

Our deep and sincere condolences to Rich and his family.
Rest In Peace Dottie.

My thoughts and prayers are with all the Gardner and McCauley family. May God give you peace and comfort. Angela Nota

My thoughts are prayers are with the entire Gardner Family. Dottie was a great student and a solid School Committee member who always advocated for the students enrolled in the Rockland Public Schools.

"To the family of Dottie (as I knew her as well as my family) My deepest condolences.I had known Dottie when her and her family lived next door to us on Liberty St. in Rockland, until the Gardners moved to Exchange St. This was many many years ago. I remember her as the oldest of many sisters. If I am wrong I apologize, wasn't she a lead majorette in the Holy Family Drum and Bugle corps. Always smiling and watching out for her younger sisters." Russ Franzen on behalf of the Franzen Family...

So sooty you're hear of Dottie's passing. The Gardner Family lived across the road from us on Exchange Street. An amazing family. Prayers to you all
