Not sure what to say?

It's hard to fully express my gratitude and appreciation for this sweet lady. She was my typing and shorthand teacher, 1947 Class Adviser and friend for two years. My husband and I also lived in the same LDS Ward with your family for several years and enjoyed their friendship so much. I have many fond memories of your parents. What a wonderful example they were for all, their love for one another and for you, Mickie and Robert.

I still think of (Mrs. McIntir's) type class. She was the best type teacher in the world. I owe her my typing ability which I've used all my life. Anyone who took type from her has fond memories. We have missed her, here in Rigby since she moved. Her home where she lived has never been the same.

She was an amazing woman who was an instrument in my success, teaching me to strive for excellence. I will always remember the love she and her husband shared, they were truly devoted to each other. I will never forget seeing them walk home together from school. He was very tall and thin, she being somewhat shorter and softly feminine. My prayers and thoughts are with your family at this time of loss. Kathleen Zundel Walden, former student

Mrs. McIntire is one of several teachers from Rigby High School that I remember with great fondness--not because of what I learned from her in the classroom, but because of what she taught me on a personal level. I will always be grateful to her for calling me on the carpet for a bad attitude . . . a cross road in my life that helped mold and shape me in ways far more important than the speed or accuracy of my typing skills. I send my sincere sympathy at your loss.

I applaud the many years of dedication that the McIntire's gave to all of us as their students. What a wonderful example they were to everyone that came in contact with them. Mrs. McIntire inculcated in her students the importance of excellence & perfection in everything we did. I literally live on my keyboard at work everyday & because of her training it has helped me to become successful at my career. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. My condolences go out to your children &...

she taught me type in school and my mom and dad also had her with my mom still using shorthand she learned from her some 55 years ago . thank you John and Treena Ericklson

Sure remember Mrs. Mcintire in type and the timed tests she use to give us in 1952. My condolences to you all.

I loved this lady she thought me type in high school in the 80s she was a very good lady I remember smelling her tabue perfume

This lovely woman had a great impact in my life. I will always be grateful for the typing skills I learned as a student in her class, as well as the life lessons received through her teaching style. She was certainly a blessing in my life in teaching the importance of being thorough and doing a job correctly and well. My condolences to her family and loved ones.
