So very sorry for your great loss. Your Mom was awesome. I treasure her cookbook & I use it all the time. I so enjoyed her every time she was on your show. I'm sure she is greatly missed by all.

I am just now learning of your mom's passing. She was a fabulous woman, and I am sure you are grieving still, and will for a long time. But don't forget to celebrate her, as well. I loved it when she appeared on your show. I felt she was my mom, too.

To all family and friends of Dorothy I am so sorry for your loss. When she was on her sons show, she always made me laugh and smile, no greater compliment than that could be said.

May God be with family and friends for the great loss of Dorothy. My thoughts and prayers and a special Thank You go out to David Letterman for sharing his Mother with the rest of us. I know it is a very deep hole left in your heart; one I still feel myself with the loss of my Mom. We will always remember the smile and laughter.

So sorry Mr. Letterman . Always loved seeing your Mom on your show. She lived a long life and yet we are never ready to lose our Moms. Praying for you and your family.
