I will always look to "Mrs. Moore" as one of my mentors. It was a privledge and honor to work with her. I learned more about the Claims profession from her than anyone else I encountered in my 23 years in the industry. she showed patience and kindness. She was truly a good person who never said an unkind word about anyone and I will miss her very much.
