I met Dotty when she was a neighbor of my Mother, Mary Romberger. She and Forrest were so much fun, and she was always doing something nice for her neighbors. She was a wonderful baker, and my Mother just loved to see her coming with her baked goods. She was always cheerful, no matter what life was sending her. I knew that she moved to be near her children, but how happy I was to see her again with this beautiful picture which captures her sweetness perfectly.
