Nagy, Dorothy B. "Bonnie" Passed away peacefully on Thursday night, April 17, 2014, at Froedtert Memorial Hospital. Her family had gathered to express their love and devotion during her final hours. A lifelong resident of Wisconsin, Bonnie was a beloved member of her community. Bonnie's life revolved around her cherished family and her countless friends. Among her favorite highlights every year were the months she spent in Naples, Florida overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the carefree and laughter-infused jaunts with her sisters across Wisconsin that she so eagerly looked forward to each fall, the incomparable New Year's Eve festivities that she celebrated with lifelong friends, and glorious cruises aboard the pontoon boat around Beaver Lake on many a sun-speckled afternoon. Bonnie will forever be remembered as a lady whose signature elegance was evident to all whom she encountered. Many were fortunate to have experienced her gracious hospitality and her complete generosity. Bonnie is survived by her son, John (Carol) Nagy of Hartland, WI, daughter, Wendy (Chris) Hendrickson of Aspen, CO, and daughter-in-law, Colleen Nagy of Hartland, WI, in addition to grandchildren Bill, Sarah, Dillon, Sienna, McKenna and Andrew. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, and her son, Daniel. She is further survived by her sisters, Ellen Clark Deeb of Santa Monica, CA and Nancy Clark of Hailey, ID, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 23 at the funeral home from 4 to 7 PM. A memorial service celebrating Bonnie's life will take place at 2 PM at the funeral home on Thursday, April 24. A reception at Chenequa Country Club will follow the memorial service. Private family graveside services at Gardens of Stone Bank Cemetery. *In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome contributions to: The Robert H. Nagy Family Foundation, P.O. Box 828, Waukesha, WI 53187.

Not sure what to say?

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Bonnie lived above us at Pelican Isle and the term "Good Neighbor" was meant for her. You know how much she adored each of you - children, wives/husbands of children, grandchildren, sisters and their families! Having you visit her in Florida was always the highlight of the winter season for her as you know.

She also loved when all gathered in Wisconsin at the lake. You were her "precious" family.

She was truly one of the...

We met Bob and Bonnie at Naples Pelican Isle Yacht Club. Both were individuals and yet linked to one another. It seems far to early for both to have passed. Bonnie's smile, her easy laugh and her graciousness were always welcome. She, like Bob, will be missed.

John,

I just heard about your mom's passing. My aunt Pat sent the notice to my mom. My memories of your mom are ones of welcoming us O'Reilly grandchildren for the summer. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family.

Dear Family,
My husband Gene and I were neighbors of Bonnie & Bob at Pelican Isle in Naples. Bonnie was always radient and dedicated to family and friends. She was always smiling and gracious - and beaming when family or friends were with her on 'The Island' at Pelican Isle. She had a true heart, and was kind to all!
God Bless you all in this time of loss, Bridgette & Gene Foster

We will really miss your mothers warm smile and warmth when we use to share the elevator up at Pelican Isle Building 1. Our prayers are with your family.
George & Cindy Rubin and Crystal (Dog)

Deepest sympathies to all at Bonnie's passing from Uncle Dale, Aunt Joyce and Cousins Scott, Peter and Jane. Bonnie's yearly travels to the North with Ellen and Nancy brought such great joy to Dale and Joyce. Bonnie will be greatly missed. The Uncle Dale Family will make a donation to the Nagy Family Foundation as a memorial to Bonnie. Love and God's Blessings to all. Scott

My sympathy to the family. During this difficult time may you rely on God Almighty to comfort you.
