Dorothy RANKIN

I used to help take care of Dorothy a few hours a week until she moved to the Brethren Home in Greenville. Oh.

I was fortunate to take care of Dorothy 7 1/2 years. 7/2011 -9/2018 in her home. Dorothy was a very beautiful lady inside and out! Had her Master's degree in music,and taught for the department of defense. She taught in Tokyo,Germany,Paris, then eventually came back to the states and taught vocal and instrumental music,in school,and piano lessons in her home. Dorothy was an avid gardner. She had three flower beds,when I went to work for her. She told me 'now there will be something blooming...

The ladies of the College Women's Club have many fond memories of our times with Dorothy. We have missed her. We extend our deepest sympathies to her family and hope their happy memories of her comfort them. in these sad times.
