Not sure what to say?

To Henry & Family - Sorry I just caught up with the news of your loss in the last Empire State Granger. Henry, both you and Dorothy were pillars of all aspects of the Grange. She certainly had a spot in heaven waiting for her and well deserved! May all the great times you shared together help you through the days ahead. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I know she will be dearly missed by you as well as all the wonderful people whose lives she touched.

I am glad that Granger, Virginia Conner told me that my friend Dorothy went to heaven, November 29th. I am sad that I have not been in touch with her family recently to know what has been happening. Sending prayers to Henry (Papa), their three children, my special Grange friends; their spouses; their 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. My love to you all. Meta Riester (Great photo with the obituary, Papa, love your purple shirt, my favorite color!

Henry, Steve and Rosie, I just heard the news of Dorothy's passing .Sending sympathy and prayers your way. Your Mom was an exceptional lady. I worked with her at the school and the County Fair. Peace to you all,

My memories of Greenfield, Grange, school and our childhood community are made complete by Dorothy. She was there for all of us: For me, for us, and for her family. My sympathies are extended to the entire family, especially Dick and Joan, Hank, Lynn and Steve.

Dorothy was a roll model for all in the School Food Service industry. Her positive attitude, dedication and hard work were to be admired. May she rest in peace.

I HAVE WONDERED HOW YOU FOLKS WERE - SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT DOROTHY. SHE WAS SUCH A WILLING WORKER IN ALL GRANGE ENDEAVORS. SHE LIVED A REALLY FULFILLING LIFE AFFECTING MANY. MY PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU ALL.

OPAL SPRAGUE, CHAUTAUQUA CO.
