Dorothy Mae (Carter) Rutter, 92, wife of the late Morris W. Rutter, Jr. of King of Prussia, died Monday, February 18, 2013 in her home. The Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, is in charge of the arrangements.
