Dorothy Jane Sandlin-Lazich

Anthony and I feel very blessed to have been allowed to know and love Aunt Dorothy. Many holidays and summers she and Uncle Mike graciously opened their home to us and welcomed us with warm hearts.We will forever cherish the wonderful memories of times spent with them.We learned much about real love from their example.Dorothy was truly a colorful light to us and all that knew her. We will love and miss her always.

Dorothy and I exhibited our artwork at the Frankfort Fine Arts Fair in June, and for several years, our exhibit spaces were next to each other. I always admired her beautiful pastel paintings and enjoyed visiting with her and her husband, Michael, during the shows. Dorothy and Michael worked as a team to set-up promote her work, and take down her exhibit. What a great, loving relationship they had, they were always there for each other.

I will always remember aunt Dorothy's gentle spirit and intelligence. She was always thoughtful and sweet.
