Dear Mr Setzer and family,
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Dorothy. It saddens me she is no longer with us but I will always forever keep her in my heart and all the good memories I had made with her while taking care of her for all those years . She was a real "trooper" as I'd call her every time I would see her for treatment and she always had that smile on her face I'll never forget . I am sorry to hear about Dorothy's passing. It was a honor to treat her for many years. She definitely was like family, always taking the time to ask how my children were doing. I definitely will miss seeing her.
