I have so many nice memories of your Mother. I knew her best when David was taking piano lessons from her. She was such a good teacher and such a wonderful person.

Dorothy was a magical, creative and extraordinary person. Her influence on me as my piano teacher helped shape me into the person that I am today. Music and the arts are such an important part of my life because of her.

She was a gifted teacher and taking piano lessons from her was a weekly highlight for me as a child. She taught me how to dance the minuet so that I could authentically interpret Bach's "Minuet in G," challenged me to position my hands correctly on the keyboard so...
