Not sure what to say?

Thinking of you often as we were involved in math conventions. Ramona Goldblatt Choos

I continue to give thanks to God for the life and legacy of Dr. Strong. She along with her husband; Joseph influenced, inspired, nurtured, supported, unconditionally loved, mentored and offered much more ... They are enshrined in my heart always and forever!

Rev. Dr. Dorothy Strong was an inspiration for so many mathematics teachers and especially those African American teachers who attended NCSM, NCTM, and BBA yearly. As one of our she-roes, her legacy continues with all of us. The ultimate teacher and leaders! Thank you Dr. Strong.

Let God's love and understanding help you in our grief. Dr. Strong gave help and support to a new math teacher, shaping her attitude and direction in mathematics education for Chicago students.

To Dr. Joronda Crawford, Dr. Hiram Crawford and other family and friends of the Rev. Dr. Dorothy Strong: I am sorry for the loss of your mother. I am Charles and Geraldine Harper´s eldest daughter. They always spoke so highly of you, your Mom and your Dad. I just learned today that my Mom met your Mom in Memphis when they both attended LeMoyne-Owen College ! So truly they were lifelong friends. I hope that the wonderful memories of her and God´s love will comfort you at this difficult time....

I extend my condolences to you for the loss of your mother Dorothy. I worked with her for many years at NCTM conferences. She was a wonderful person and my children remember her from the conferences. May she rest in peace.

Thank God for an educated woman who never allowed it to come between her and God. Thank you for your testimony.

Thanks to Dr. Strong and condolences to her family. She was a friend to my mom Loretha Hendrix and helped me get hired at my first teaching job.

My prayers to Dorothy's family. I can still Dorothy in my mind as she has taught about the Bible. Rest in Peace
