Dottie was a beautiful person inside and out. A terrific sense of energy with a huge smile on her face. Made going to work fun, it was never dull. Dottie was a true friend to me and we shared over many years of friendship talks about family, scuba diving, photography and travel. My sympathy to Lynn and Bobby. She will be sorely missed by all those who loved her.
