Read MoreJust heard of Dottie's passing today when I was at Pilgrim Manor. I'll miss her special spirit. I enjoyed her participation in the Pilgrim Manor Chime Choir. Even though she was in pain to ring sometimes, she never let it get in the way of making great music.
